Walk down of the work site. Meet at the C-104 Badging Office.

GENERAL:
This is a Fixed Price Request for Quote (RFQ) for SUBCONTRACTOR to provide all supervision, labor personnel, tools, supplies, material, equipment, products-for-use, transportation, and additional items necessary to complete ground clearing and tree trimming in an area approximately 30’ x 500’ near Outfall 15 in accordance with this scope of work for Swift & Staley Inc. (CONTRACTOR) at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP) in Paducah, KY. CONTRACTOR is acting under the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Prime contract DE-EM0003733.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Work shall, at a minimum, include the following activities:

  • Clearing of trees, overgrowth, and undergrowth as requested by CONTRACTOR
  • Trimming of tree limbs and branches as requested by CONTRACTOR
  • Debris to be laid down and piled onsite, removal of debris is not required
  • Work is to be performed in conformance with ANSI-Z133-2017, American National Standard for Arboricultural Operations— Safety Requirements

Note: Material & equipment brought onto the DOE reservation is subject to a radiological-free release assessment and DOE concurrence which could require up to three business days prior to release.

Mandatory requirements upon Subcontractor Selection:

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Registration on System for Award Management (SAM)
  • E-Verify Certificate
